Program Overview

Designed By Ky is proud to launch the nationwide MOT-HAI-BA-YO! Server Appreciation Program to recognize and support hospitality staff at participating restaurant and nightlife locations carrying MOT-HAI-BA-YO! Vietnamese Rice Spirit.

This optional program is designed to:

  • Educate hospitality staff about the MOT-HAI-BA-YO! brand

  • Provide product knowledge and ambassador resources

  • Encourage authentic guest recommendations through education and familiarity

  • Reward participating hospitality professionals through a nationwide giveaway experience

GRAND PRIZE

One participating server nationwide will win:

2027 EDC Las Vegas – Dusk Weekend

May 14–16, 2027

Prize Includes:

  • One (1) 3-Day GA+ Pass

Prize Does NOT Include:

  • Flights

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Transportation

  • Food & beverage

  • Additional festival expenses

Winner is solely responsible for all travel and accommodations.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Eligible hospitality staff members must:

  • Be 21 years of age or older

  • Work at a participating location carrying MOT-HAI-BA-YO!

  • Complete the official online sign-up form

  • Follow @mothaibayobrand on Instagram

  • Follow @mothaibayobrand on TikTok

After registration, participants will receive:

  • Brand ambassador information

  • Product knowledge materials

  • Suggested talking points

  • Educational training resources about MOT-HAI-BA-YO!

Participation is voluntary and free.

BONUS ENTRY OPPORTUNITY

By December 31, 2026, one participating restaurant location demonstrating the strongest overall organic brand engagement and product movement will earn:

10 Bonus Entries

for all participating servers from that location.

Evaluation may include:

  • Product engagement

  • Organic guest interest

  • Menu visibility

  • Overall location participation

  • Brand activation support
